    Will I still have unlimited chat if I don’t subscribe?

    Yes, all users can enjoy unrestricted chatting and create as many characters as they like. There are no content filters or moderation in place, allowing for complete freedom in your conversations. Subscribing does not affect this freedom but offers additional benefits like more free messages and access to premium features and models.

    What is the difference between the free and paid plans, aside from from the total number of free messages and gems?

    • Memory:

      • Free plan: 4k memory – remembers shorter portions of your conversations.
      • Subscriber plans: 8k memory – longer recall for more personalized chats.
      • Top-tier “I'm All In” plan: 8k memory (will soon be upgraded to 16k memory) – deeply immersive with detailed recall.
      • Memory helps your AI remember more about you and your previous conversations, creating a more seamless and personalized experience.
    • Model Tiers:

      • Free & “Get a Taste” plans: Classic model – fast responses, great performance.
      • “True Supporter” plan: Unlocks the Beta model – richer descriptions and emotional depth.
      • Top-tier “I'm All In” plan: 8k memory (will soon be upgraded to 16k memory) – deeply immersive with detailed recall.
      • “I'm All In” plan: Unlocks the Wise model – 9x higher cost than Classic, providing highly intelligent, immersive experiences. The Wise model is designed for users seeking deep, meaningful interactions. This plan will soon offer additional premium features like automatic sound playing and 16k memory.

    What happens if I run out of messages?

    If you run out of messages, you can either upgrade your subscription or use the upcoming gem recharge option to top up your account. Subscribing is the most cost-effective way to access messages and premium features.

    Why is a subscription plan being introduced?

    To cover the rising costs of GPU usage and advanced AI model development, we’re introducing a subscription plan. This allows us to continue improving the product, delivering smarter models, and offering new features that enhance your experience.

    Is an annual subscription plan available?

    Yes, we’re working on an annual plan that will offer significant savings compared to monthly subscriptions. This is currently our top priority.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    • App Store:

      1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
      2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
      3. Select Subscriptions.
      4. Find and tap the subscription you want to cancel.
      5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
    • Google Play:

      1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
      2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
      3. Select Subscriptions.
      4. Find and tap the subscription you want to cancel.
      5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
    • Other platforms: If you subscribed through a different platform (e.g., Subscribestar, Patreon), use the Manage Subscription function to return to the website where you pay your bill and follow their process to cancel.

    What happens after I cancel my subscription?

    You’ll retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription won’t renew, and you’ll lose access to the benefits. Refund policies vary by platform:

    • App Store: Visit Apple’s support page for refunds.
    • Google Play: Visit Google Play’s support page for refunds.
    • Other platforms: According to our policy, your current subscription period is non-refundable.

    What should I know about upgrading or downgrading my subscription on Subscribestar?

    When you change your subscription on Subscribestar, the new plan takes effect immediately. To avoid double payments, we recommend adjusting your plan at the end of the current billing cycle.

    What should I do if I haven’t received the bonus gems after subscribing?
